Home visit callout (within 3 miles of IG4): £80
The £80 callout covers us coming to you and diagnosing the fault, and is paid for every home visit. If we carry out a repair, the repair is charged on top at the prices on our services page, plus any parts.
Example: replacing a standard laptop screen at your home costs £80 callout + £100 labour + the screen. We confirm the full price with you before any work starts.

A home visit is ideal when your problem involves your own set-up, such as Wi-Fi, a printer or several devices, or when getting the computer to us is difficult. We arrive at an agreed time, explain what we find in plain English, and give you an upfront price before any work starts.
