How long does a repair take?
Many repairs, such as screen replacements and virus removal, are completed the same day. More involved repairs, such as data recovery, may take longer. We’ll always give you a realistic timeframe upfront.
Do you offer free diagnosis?
Yes. We assess most faults free of charge and provide an honest, upfront quote before starting any work.
Do you check with me before starting any work?
Always. We explain the fault and the price, and only go ahead once you’ve approved it.
Is it worth repairing my old laptop?
Often, yes. An SSD upgrade, new battery or replacement screen usually costs far less than a new laptop. We’ll always give you honest advice on the best-value option.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. You only pay when we’ve fixed it, and repairs come with a 3-month warranty.

How can I pay?
We accept cash, card, bank transfer and contactless card and phone payments. You pay once the repair is complete.

Is my data safe during a repair?
Yes. We treat all customer data as confidential and take care to preserve your files during any hardware or software repair.
Should I back up before bringing my computer in?
If the computer still works, a backup is always a good idea. If it has stopped working, we preserve your files during repairs and back up before any major change such as a Windows reinstall.
