How our prices work
- Labour prices. The prices above are for labour. Parts are quoted separately for your exact model before any work starts.
- Free diagnosis. Diagnosis is free when you drop your computer off or arrange collection.
- Home visits. Visits within 3 miles of IG4 have an £80 callout, which applies to every visit, and any repair is charged on top. For example, a laptop screen fitted at home is £80 callout + £100 labour + the screen.
- Payment on completion. You pay once the repair is complete.
- 3-month warranty. Every repair comes with a 3-month warranty on both parts and labour. Read about our warranty.
