Every repair we carry out comes with a 3-month warranty covering both the parts and the labour. If the same fault returns within 3 months of your repair, we’ll put it right at no extra cost.

What the warranty covers

  • The parts we fitted, such as a screen, battery, charging port, keyboard, SSD or power supply.
  • The labour for the repair we carried out, including software repairs.
  • Every repair, whether it was done in our workshop, on a home visit or remotely.

How to use your warranty

  • Contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email and tell us what’s happening.
  • Let us know roughly when the repair was done, so we can find your job.
  • Bring the computer back or arrange collection, and we’ll check it and fix the fault.
